- 1 cup (250ml) pomegranate juice
- 4 tsp (20ml) rose water
- Drop rose syrup
- Handful pomegranate rubies
- Dry sparkling wine
- Combine pomegranate juice and rose water.
- Pour in 4 lolly moulds and freeze.
- Place rose syrup, pomegranate rubies and lollies in 4 glasses.
- Serve with dry sparkling wine.
