So easy, the kids can make these themselves, although you might want to get in on the deliciousness.

Ingredients:

4 large hollow chocolate eggs
⅓ tub (1L) vanilla ice cream
Chocolate shavings, berries and mint, for serving
Caramel sauce or caramel treat, for serving

Method:

Cut the tops off each chocolate egg.
Fill each egg with scoops of ice cream.
Top with chocolate shavings, fresh berries and mint.
Serve immediately with a drizzle caramel sauce or caramel treat.
