Less than 30 minutes
- 1 slab (100g) dark chocolate
- 1 cup (55g) marshmallows + extra for serving
- ½ cup (125ml) milk
- 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- Handful blueberries
- Combine dark chocolate, marshmallows and milk in a saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring occasionally until fully melted.
- Place 3 scoops vanilla ice cream and a handful of blueberries into a glass.
- Pour hot chocolate mixture over ice-cream.
- Top with extra charred marshmallows, blueberries and mint leaves.
