More of the good stuff

Tres Leches and Berry Trifle

Think of a blonde malva pudding drenched in sticky, sweet goodness. Add some tart berries to balance the sweetness and add a pop of colour.

New-age Hot Cross Buns

Laced with sugar, spice and all things nice, hot cross buns are, to many, an Easter must-have. So we’ve dreamt up some fresh new ways to enjoy this popular bake.

White chocolate bakewell tart

It’s traditionally made with a jam layer on the base, but we’ve upped the yum factor with a layer of white chocolate ganache instead. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if you like.
