Ingredients:
- 12 large marshmallows
- 2 slabs (100g each) chocolate
- Pretzels
- Red sweets
- 12 mini marshmallows
- Small chocolate candies
Method
- Place one large marshmallow each on the end of 12 skewers.
- Make a hole on each side of the marshmallow.
- Melt chocolate gently in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, or over a double-boiler (with adult supervision).
- Dip marshmallows in chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- Halve some pretzels and secure in the holes to create antlers.
- Place a red sweet in the centre for a nose, two halved mini marshmallows at the top for eyes and candies for pupils. Stick down with melted chocolate.
- Cool to set, and serve.
