No-bake cookie houses

Set up a decorating station with royal icing and sprinkles so the kids can decorate their own houses.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (65g) icing sugar
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) water or lemon juice
  • 8 PnP tea biscuits
  • Sprinkles, for decorating

 

Method

  1. Combine icing sugar and water and transfer to a piping bag (mixture should not be too runny).
  2. Create a box shape with 6 biscuits and glue together with icing.
  3. Create a triangle on top of box with remaining 2 biscuits and glue with icing to create a ‘roof’.
  4. Pipe windows and a door onto the front of the ‘house’ and decorate with sprinkles.
