More of the good stuff

Herby tomato galette

A galette is a very forgiving and easy pie, as it is meant to look rustic (so you don’t have to be very precise when shaping it) and it doesn’t require blind baking either

Mexican prawns on avo

Light and spicy Mexican-style prawns served on buttery avos. A seriously sexy end to
the week or any day in between!

Chocolate brownie swirl

This decadent chocolate brownie gets its creaminess from avocados – without the taste of course! Plus, this recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian too.
