More of the good stuff

Hot Cross Bun Tiramisu

To create this hot cross bun-inspired pattern, simply cut long strips of baking paper (about 1.5cm thick), arrange in a criss-cross pattern and dust generously with cocoa powder.

Chickpea-loaded sweet potatoes

These sweet potato spuds are loaded with a creamy chickpea filling, making this dish low-GI and high in fibre, with plant protein from chickpeas.

Mexican beef soup

This bulk batch is perfect to freeze for later use. Halve or quarter the quantities to make smaller servings, but we doubt you’ll want any less of this moreish soup!
