Ingredients:
- 1 can (330ml) pale ale beer
- 1 tot each (25ml) dark rum and granadilla pulp
- Squeeze lemon juice
- ½ cup (125ml) peach or apricot juice
- Ice, for serving
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Sprigs of mint, for serving
Method
- Combine beer, rum and granadilla pulp, lemon juice and peach juice.
- Serve in a tall glass with ice, lemon wedges and sprigs of mint.
