Beer cocktails

These beer cocktails are simple to make and really tasty – even non-beer drinkers will love them!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (330ml) pale ale beer
  • 1 tot each (25ml) dark rum and granadilla pulp
  • Squeeze lemon juice
  • ½ cup (125ml) peach or apricot juice
  • Ice, for serving
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Sprigs of mint, for serving

 

Method

  1. Combine beer, rum and granadilla pulp, lemon juice and peach juice.
  2. Serve in a tall glass with ice, lemon wedges and sprigs of mint.
