Ingredients:
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) butter
- ½ cup (125ml) each grated mozzarella and mature cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp (5ml) wholegrain mustard
Method:
- Heat a griddle pan.
- Butter bread on both sides.
- Toss cheese and mustard together.
- Divide cheese between 2 slices.
- Sandwich together with remaining slices and grill until cheese melts and bread is crispy.
- Serve immediately.
