More of the good stuff

Curried amasi lamb

This mildly spiced marinade takes your leg of lamb to the next level. Made with just the right balance of spice and served with a tangy apricot chutney – yum!

Asian braai veggie platter

The braai gives the vegetables a smokiness, while the sauce gives it an extra flavour punch! This sauce also works well with red meat, chicken and fish.
