- 3 pears
- 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice
- 2 tsp (10ml) ground cinnamon
- Thinly slice 3 pears using a mandolin.
- Toss with lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Place in a single layer on baking trays lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the centre of a preheated oven at 120°C for about 1 hour or until edges begin to curl and pears are dry.
- Set aside to cool completely and store in an airtight container.
