Pomegranate summer cocktails

Tasty and delicious with fruity and floral notes. Enjoy with tonic or sparkling water, or use in cocktails to add a bold punch of flavour.

Pomegranate gin fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 tot (25ml) simple syrup (see cook’s note below)  
  • 1 tot (25ml) Malfy blood orange gin 
  • 2-3 tots (50-75ml) PnP Crafted Collection pomegranate & rose geranium cordial  
  • Juice (30ml) of ½ lemon 
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) egg white 

 

Method

  1. Combine simple syrup, gin, cordial and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Shake well for 30 seconds. 
  3. Fill with ice and add egg white. 
  4. Shake for another minute. 
  5. Serve as is or over ice. 

 

Pomegranate and pineapple cooler

Makes 1

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tot (25ml) simple syrup (see cook’s note below) 
  • 2 tots (50ml) vodka  
  • 2-3 tots (50-75ml) PnP Crafted Collection pomegranate & rose geranium cordial  
  • Pineapple juicesparkling water and fresh mint (optional), for serving 

 

 Method

  1. Combine simple syrup, vodka and cordial in a tumbler over ice. 
  2. Top up with pineapple juice and sparkling water. 
  3. Serve as is or garnish with sprigs of mint.
