Jazz up this classic snack with mustard.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) butter
  • ½ cup (125ml) each grated mozzarella and mature cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp (5ml) wholegrain mustard

Method:

  1. Heat a griddle pan.
  2. Butter bread on both sides.
  3. Toss cheese and mustard together.
  4. Divide cheese between 2 slices. 
  5. Sandwich together with remaining slices and grill until cheese melts and bread is crispy. 
  6. Serve immediately.
